The Trust places your land and trees in independent custody — meaning the assets cannot be sold, mortgaged, or transferred without your consent. Even if Golden Paddock Limited were ever to face business difficulty, your land and trees remain ring-fenced in the Trust. The independent trustee acts in your interest, not the company's.
Global avocado demand has grown over 15% annually for a decade, driven by health trends, QSR menus, avocado oil and cosmetics. Nigeria is positioned as an emerging export origin — the orchard is designed to supply both the growing domestic premium market and export channels. The cooperative negotiates group export contracts, meaning your fruit commands better pricing than any individual seller could achieve.
